New wedding venue opens at Burghley

Burghley House is famous for its fabulous Elizabethan architecture and many couples choose to get married in the magnificent Great Hall for wedding parties of up to 110 guests. Those looking for a more intimate setting can now get married in the Summer House near the lake with its magical atmosphere and idyllic location for a party of up to 20. Couples can still have their pictures taken in front of the majestic Stately Home and drinks can be served on the lawn in front of the Summer House with a fabulous view of the lake and rolling Parkland. Ceremonies can take place any day of the week.
