Lilac Blue re-launches wedding list service
Gift service Lilac Blue, a sister company of Quintessentially Gifts, is re-launching its wedding list service this autumn – Lilac Blue Weddings (www.lilacblueweddings.com).
Lilac Blue was set up in 2002 as a personal shopping service and Lilac Blue Weddings came to life when a customer requested to have her wedding list with the company a few years later. Lilac Blue Weddings soon established itself as an exclusive service to those in search of unusual gifts and excellent customer service.
Antoinette Hunter, Managing Director of Quintessentially Gifts, says: “ We have very much run Lilac Blue Weddings as an additional offer to our established personal shopping service, but feel that now is the time to take our service to the next level and make it available to all those couples interested in a very personal wedding list and the service that goes with it.”
Couples can choose from a wide range of products for the kitchen & dining room, bedroom & bathroom and the living room; lots of gorgeous gifts for garden & terrace and an amazing range of travel and lifestyle products.
Lilac Blue Weddings works with all the major brands, but is also happy to add products by up to five new suppliers to each wedding list.
As a result couples can have a list that is truly mirroring their lifestyle and they can add some very unusual gifts to their list and personalise it to their hearts’ delight. Why not add some first edition antique books or film memorabilia to the wedding list? A cooking course for two or commission a personalised work of art for the guests to contribute to? Couples can also add special treats to their honeymoon … a romantic dinner by the sea or daytrips, beauty treatments or sports activities. Couples can add all of the above in addition to the standard gifts they will need to start married life in their marital home.
They can either set up their list online or meet their Account Manager either in their own home (if they are London based) or in the Central London office of Lilac Blue. They can make changes and add to the list at all times and their Account Manger will be in regular contact to help with any questions that may arise. The Account Manager also searches for additional gifts, which may not be online (think antique silver) and makes sure that the wedding list always looks fabulous so that the guests have a wide choice of gifts and price points.
Once the list is ordered, there will be one free delivery to get all the gifts to the couple’s new home – they will all be beautifully wrapped and come with hand-written messages, to make the gift opening as exciting as it should be!
Lilac Blue Weddings can also arrange for couples to receive some of the gifts before their wedding, like the new luggage or camera for the honeymoon or the guest book for the wedding day.
